As a choreographer my main aim is to establish a connection between the dancers and the audience. My reasoning for this is because of how important human connections really are but also how rare they are these days as we are becoming more engaged in technology. 

We are starting to lose our connections with everything and everyone around us.

With the work that I create I try to pull as much out of the dancers as I am asking them to put into the work. If the piece connects with them they are going to be able to perform and emit this and therefore connect with the audience and also dancers around them. I also create very abstract works to allow each member of the audience to take their own personal experience from each piece of work that I create.
My inspirations usually come from human experiences such as things that we can encounter in everyday life and also from world issues either historically or currently.
As for movement style my movement has a large basis in floor work and also on using your body to its fullest in means of size, energy and dynamics.
